I have worked as a customer service agent for 8 years. I worked in London and South Africa. In London I worked for a mail order clothing company. My main duties were answering calls and administration. In South Africa I worked for a Medical aid as well as an Insurance company. My main duties were answering calls, email correspondence and administration. I worked as a performance coach for 2 years. I trained new and existing customer agents on telephone etiquette, email etiquette and administration. I had regular coaching sessions where I coached agents on how to improve perfomance. I also set and marked assessment questions. I completed my B.A Honours in counselling psychology degree. I am currently doing internship in order to qualify as a registered counsellor. The internship entails counselling traumatised and sick patients. I am friendly, work well under pressure, hardworking, patient, pay attention to detail and go an extra mile for the client.
