I have spent many years in customer service. Along the way I participated in many training sessions. Some were fun and engaging, leaving me excited to try out what I learned on the job. Others lacked in clarity, engagement, and many other areas which only led me to hoping I was not snoring out loud. With businesses investing such large amounts of money and time in training and development, it makes no sense to waste teh time on a lackluster training program. I continued my customer service career while pursuing a bachelor's in business to grow my knowledge base. I then began my venture in creating trainings when I became a partner in a lawn care business. (Unfortunately, the other partner was my now ex-husband and he later decided to abandon the company.) I took back to customer service and lent my experience along the way: assisting in trainings, designing training documents and powerpoints, and even leading trainings. I then began my Master's degree in instructional design technologies to give myslef the background and additional knowledge of the craft I began to love. Currently, I am halfway through this Master's degree and am beginning to branch out my work to help businesses create engaging and powerful content to push operations to the top level.
Work Terms
Work hours will be determined by the needs of the project. I will be available for text, email, and calls between the hours of 12 pm and 11 pm EST each day to discuss any matters of the project. Payment is required before release of the rights to use the training. These rights grant your company the ability to use and edit the materials for the sole purpose that it was originally made for. It does not grant any permission to copy or sell the materials.
