Hours of Operation: I am available for proofreading services 24/7, from Saturday to Sunday. You can submit projects at any time, and I will respond and work on them according to your schedule; Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time for most projects is 3 business days. For urgent requests, expedited services are available. Please discuss your deadline requirements to ensure timely delivery; Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions included in the initial fee to ensure the final document meets your expectations. Additional revisions beyond these will be billed at $20 per hour; Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the proofreading work and before delivery of the final document. Accepted payment methods include PayPal and bank transfer. Invoices will be issued for all completed projects.Confidentiality:

Your data will not be shared with third parties and will be securely managed throughout the process; Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made before work begins will incur no charge. If work has commenced, a fee based on the amount of work completed will be applied.
