Hi! I am Jackie, a CSR Rockstar, Virtual Assistant Extra Miler and a neophyte SEO Specialist.

I have 12 years of progressive experience of giving high quality performance and customer service. I've been exposed to administrative and managerial tasks as a Team Leader for 3 years. I have hand in hand experience of working in B2B and B2C line of businesses.

I developed the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard processes. You will find I am detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve customer requests or issues quickly and effectively.

I am well versed in all the Microsoft Office suite applications. Furthermore, I learn new applications quickly and efficiently.

I'm a beginner in SEO but have been on training since May 2018 with an Australian client. I'm still getting projects for this client until now. Being in this job has given me the opportunity to gain more knowledge relatively in improving standards and clients’ satisfaction so as to exceed their expectations.

I’m currently working full time as an Admin Assistant (office based). I am confident that my relevant experience will allow me to make a substantial contribution to your company.
