Prior to working as a management consultant, Jaclyn was an IT Department Manager at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center. Prior to her time at NASA, Jaclyn served 5 years in the US Air Force as a cyber operations officer and supported cyber security assessments for the US Navy.
 
Jaclyn holds an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School, a MLS from University of Denver in Global Affairs, and a BS in Political Science from the US Air Force Academy.
