I am a gardener and an academic.

I am a: gardener, property valuer, writer, comedian, poet, Installed master, and servant of God. I am self-reliant and charitable. I am sympathetic to my fellow man. I am mentally and physically capable. I do not start things I do not finish; I plan everything I wish to do, and nothing can interfere with my plans until they become realities. I am finishing my Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation and learning to speak in public.
I do not engage in any transactions that do not benefit all who participate in them. I induce others to serve me by my willingness to serve them. I have gained the friendship of my fellow men because of my kindness and desire to be a friend. I have eliminated fear from my mind by developing courage in its place. I have eliminated scepticism by developing faith. I have eliminated hatred and cynicism by creating a love for humanity and God.
I am learning to stand on my feet, express myself in clear, concise, and simple language, and speak with force and enthusiasm in a manner that will carry conviction. I can cause others to become interested in me by first becoming interested in them. I have eliminated selfishness and developed the spirit of service in its place.

Work Terms

I work at my desk during the afternoons and evenings. I am flexible with communication and payment terms.
