Having come from a childhood where I struggled to manage my weight, had several family members suffer from obesity, I took it upon myself at 14 years old to study fitness and nutrition. At the time I weighed 250lbs. I began lifting weights and eating healthy and by the time I was 16 I was down to 180lbs. After graduating high school, I obtained my associates in Health and Fitness, became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and eventually went on to finish my Bachelors in Sports Management. I competed in boxing and martial arts at the 145lb division and traveled across the US to compete.
I've helped countless people achieve their health and fitness goals and create a lifestyle change that is manageable and sustainable. My approach to fitness and nutrition is not to completely override what your currently doing as I believe this sets you up for failure. Consistency is key in the formula we use to help us achieve our goals. Whether your goal is to loose weight, educate yourself on nutrition, fitness or to learn how to design your own routines to ensure you consistently see results, I know we can do it together.
