Expert level Network Engineer and ICT Architect with more than 20 years experience in IP networking and related technologies. Certified as CCIE#8545 Routing & Switching (Emirates) since 2001 and also professional certification in Design (CCDP) and Security (CCSP). I recently passed and was the first to achieve the Huawei Certified Internetwork Expert (HCIE) in Africa.

I'm currently employed by Altech as Solution Architect focusing Huawei Enterprise Networking, Optical Transport, Voice, Data Centre, Wireless LAN, Security, and Cloud Computing. I have been involved and was the technical lead in low-level design projects for large MPLS and DWDM core networks, Metro Ethernet access networks, Managed CPE Services, Cloud deployments, and Internet Data Centre.

I have a strong focus on understanding the business and information technology needs of an organization and to develop an enterprise technical architecture tailored to meet these requirements. Also, the development of solutions that will bridge the gap between current and future-state architectures.
