Currently based in Spain but originally from Lebanon I share a passion for the food and beverage world, but mostly all things liquid.
Over the course of my 8+ year career in the sector, I have gained extensive experience and expertise. Starting from entry-level positions, I developed a strong foundation in beverage menu creation and customer service. As I progressed, I took on roles in management, menu development, and staff training. I have embraced leadership positions, collaborating with teams to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience. Adaptability and problem-solving have been key as I navigated challenges and stayed up-to-date with industry trends. I am proud of my contributions to the success of multiple establishments and I am excited to continue growing in this dynamic industry.
My focus is on driving/boosting sales in dynamic and fast paced environments. I excel in building/leading efficient teams, crafting innovative and well-liked menus, and elevating operations through consulting expertise.
