I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for 9 years. Four years of it were spent doing Freelance Customer Service and Virtual Assistance for different campaigns. Working in an environment where my communicative, detail-driven, professional, and proactive personality adds to the success of the project is what I enjoy the most. These things were also why I enjoy being a Freelancer. It allows me to express myself and my thoughts but at the same time, it also teaches me to be always responsible and accountable. I became a visionary entrepreneur, a forward-thinker who is not afraid to make bold decisions necessary for growth and stability. I became highly adaptable to the ever-changing priorities and needs of the different projects and businesses that I handled, and I developed a more positive attitude. With my God-given talents, my hard-work to hone my skills, and with the help of the Almighty, it is my goal to establish a name for Virtual Link PH in this industry not only for financial stability and all the perks that it offers but to help our very capable, hardworking, and highly credible and dependable freelancers. I am envisioning this company to be a link between freelancers and business owners/managers and help them establish trust and confidence towards the partnership that will lead to their business’ growth and stability.

My eagerness to develop my skills and competence, I took a 6-week intensive training on Digital Marketing and Advertising focusing on Social Media Management and Content Creation. And another 6-week intensive training on WordPress Web Development. Both training were provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology here in the Philippines.

Work Terms

Full-Time: 30-40 hrs per week or Part-Time (depending on how much time is needed).
For new clients, I prefer to be paid weekly for a start. However, we can negotiate as time goes by.
I prefer the Assertive Communication Style because that's how I am too.
