A professional with PhD (Energy Management), MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (DIM), Post Graduate in Labor Laws (DLL), BE (Electrical) and BE (Mechanical) and experience in research, academic and industry. Have guided, corrected and improved number of PhD thesis and dissertations, published academic and technical papers including writing reports and making presentations at senior levels. I have authored more than 50 research papers and 6 books for industry professionals and MBA courses. Have prepared course materials for teaching and training of courses in Project Management, Operations Management, Plant Maintenance, Supply Chain Management and safety management.
I have conducted training programs on cement plant maintenance, energy audit and energy management, operations management, project management, supply chain management, purchasing management, inventory management, optimization studies, cost reduction, safety engineering and safety management.

I have helped many cement plants in number of countries through consultancy to improve their maintenance and materials management systems and solve their typical problems.
I have also handled turnkey projects managing all the project activities including purchases, techno-commercial evaluation of tenders, conducting negotiations, vendor selection, vendor development, outsourcing etc.

Have been examiner and paper setter for MBA examinations both off-line and on-line (MCQs) examinations. I am very meticulous, punctual and innovative in approach.

Work Terms

I can devote up to 20-25 hours a week. The usual hourly rate is $30/hr but can be negotiated depending upon the work and continuous work. .
