Work Terms
- Will spend at least Four day in a month in your Office, remote support will be provided on an on-going and consistent basis.
- Six Months is the agreed time-frame for this Management / Retainer fee, post
which it can be discussed to extend at mutually agreed terms. However, a project shall be reviewed by the parties after three months from the commencement to discusses the viability.
- Operations, Execution and Billing will be done by Me in coordination with your SPOC and/or team members
- In case you decides to call-off the project in the first 15 days, then you will
need to pay the Consultant the management consultation fee of INR 100,000+ taxes.
- In case of travel, all Hotel and Flight bookings shall be managed by Your, and incidentals and other travel cost shall be reimbursed on actuals.
- In case any other Services are needed apart from the above defined scope, the same will be charged additionally at a mutually agreed project/ management fee.
- Payment Terms: Retainer: Within 15 days of invoice submission.
- For Video: 50% on Script & Storyboard delivery & Balance 50% on final delivery.
- Projects will start post cost approval, PO and 50% Advance of 1st month retainer.
