Hi there, Greetings! I am a result oriented, disciplined and self-motivated professional with more than 10 years of work experience in Customer Service and Client Retention. I started my career as a customer service executive and worked my way towards becoming an operations manager where I handled operations with focus on maximizing customer satisfaction and compliance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with special emphasis on Training & Development and Quality Control.
