In the initial bid, Jeff asked the kind of questions that clearly demonstrated that he understood the project and had the technical chops to complete the work. Once we got started, he was very clear with the information he needed to move forward and once that was delivered, he came back with a program that fit the requirements in a couple days. With a bit of user feedback, we developed a "polished" version of the application which works great. Turnaround was very quick and pricing was exactly on budget (and reasonable).
