Preparing Measurement Books and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) as per design drawings for each building block.

Creating BBS Sheets, consolidated BOQs, and estimates for Technical Sanctions (TS) and tender submissions based on BCD SOR and DSR.

Conducting rate analysis for non-scheduled items.

Developing Deviation Sheets (Comparative Statements) for revised TS as per updated design drawings.

Estimating costs using Plinth Area Rates.
