I am a single mother aiming to provide a better life for my son by working and improving my skills.
Freelancing is not exactly new to me. Back in 2014, I was hired as an editor for translated books. Those books were translated to English by a software, thus making the grammar quite confusing. I worked with the client who hired me for a year and four months. At that age (20), I wanted to ensure that I also experience working with colleagues face to face. I knew it would be beneficial to also learn from peers aside from learning things on my own.I decided to apply for a BPO company in the city. For three months, I was juggling my freelance and BPO jobs. It eventually took its toll on me and I got sick. I regretfully let go of my freelancing job. After 10 months of signing my contract as a customer service representative, I was then chosen to become an English Coach Apprentice. I played that role for two years. I was able to train new hires when it comes to adapting to the call center speak. I was part of a team who creates modules, videos, scripts, and adverts used inside the company for the betterment of the employees' skills. Aside from training, I also had the chance to work with recruitment to hire people who are qualified to be a customer service representative on the phone. After three years and 2 months, I decided to leave the office setting and make a come back to freelancing because I would also live to be a hands on working mom.
Work Terms
I can work a minimum of 30 hours a week, minimum of $3.50 an hour. This can still be negotiable, depending on how hard the tasks are. I can communicate through e-mail. Skyping would also be fine. You may suggest any other communication platform you prefer.
