Scientific Translations by a Scientist
I'm from the Washington, DC area, and studied microbiology at the University of Maryland, graduating in 2007. Since graduating, I've worked in two research laboratories at UMD, one focusing on cellular and molecular biology / parasitology, the other in ecology. I've also worked in Chile as an English teacher / translator, and currently live in Brazil, working as a scientific translator. I speak Spanish and Portuguese, and I'm very familiar with scientific writing in all three languages.
Work Terms
I'm always taking jobs, and I charge $0.05 / word. I can deliver articles up to 5,000 words within 3 days, and articles up to 10,000 words within 1 week. Longer translations can be negotiated upon request. I prefer to be paid via PayPal.
