Virtual Admin and Technical Writer and Financial Advisor
I've worked as a Writer for 2 years when I was taking my Bachelor Degree in college. I had my internship at Creatif Foire Pro, Inc. as a Junior Copywriter and Events assistant. I wrote program guidelines and scripts that will be used during the event.
After graduation I started working at the BPO industry as a Customer/Technical Support Representative, until now. I've been the top agent at Startek, wherein our client is a telecommunication company providing cable, internet and phone service. We handled technical and billing concerns providing resolution to their technical concerns with the service/s or bill payment, adjustments, refund, etc.
I also work in Marketing and Sales at Dubai when I was 21 years old. I worked as a Marketing Executive wherein I do telemarketing, email marketing, and social media management to generate leads that can turn into sales. I sometimes close a deal over the phone. The products we provide are POS solutions, barcoding system, and security system.
With these experiences, Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I will provide exemplary work with quick turnaround times. I am hardworking, meticulous and flexible in working hours. I am negotiable on price and always up for a challenge. I'm eager to help you in any way that I can. My core skill sets are research, writing, & customer service. I’m endlessly curious & my friends,family, & colleagues look to me for advice on goal setting, financial management & almost anything.
I'm currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Marketing Management. I'll be able to finish it in the year 2018 for I am goal-oriented in everything that I do.
