Accurate and Efficient
I worked for a year and half as public relations manager in the Revolution Music Events where I learned various communication and marketing techniques, both online and offline, by staying in touch with my 50+ subordinates, supervising and teaching them how to work at their best, both directly and by email and telephone in order to have an effective communication with the customers, creating empathy with them and having a high rate of customer satisfaction.
I worked for Teleperformance Portugal, for the Italian market of an international brand, taking inbound calls where I was solving problems, answer customers' questions about the product or check the status of orders, sometimes selling products to customers. I was dealing mainly with customer satisfaction.
Working in this company, increased my communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills that I already had.
Finally, at the same time as my job as Customer Service Rapresentative, I started my work as E-commerce Developer and Manager through the shopify platform that after 8 months thanks to the earnings generated by the dynamic marketing strategies I developed for my online E-commerce allowed me to leave my previous job to proceed with this fantastic online career that gave me countless satisfactions and skills.
I am a native Italian speaker and have a good Conversational English.
