Work Terms

Payment terms: Payment will be made in full upon completion of the project, with 50% due as a deposit upon acceptance of the contract, and the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final product.

Timeline: The project will be completed within a mutually agreed upon timeline, with regular check-ins to ensure that the project is on track and any adjustments can be made in a timely manner.

Revisions: The client will have the opportunity to review and request revisions to the script within a reasonable timeframe, with a maximum of two rounds of revisions included in the original cost of the project.

Intellectual property: The script will be the property of the client upon final payment, and I will not use or share the script in any way without the client's explicit permission.

Communication: Both parties will make an effort to promptly respond to any questions or concerns and keep each other updated throughout the project.

Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with written notice and all payments made will be non-refundable.
