James surprised me right from the start, taking what, to me, was a complex programming challenge and not just executing what I asked him to do, but continuously improving upon it and brainstorming new and better approaches. His communication skills are excellent, which to me is more than half the battle - to me programming should be a collaborative, explorative process and in this James excels. Will definitely be working with him again.
