Software and Electrical Engineer with a love for product design and development, and a passion for solving difficult problems

I am a classically trained, degreed Electrical Engineer with professional experience in electrical design and software engineering. My passion is for the fuzzy line where the software and hardware meet.

My professional experience has included work in the Nuclear industry, developing medical devices, designing industrial machinery, and programming animatronic toys. I enjoy taking on new tasks, and solving difficult engineering problems. I am always willing to discuss projects prior to bidding on them, and am very willing to work hand in hand with your in house engineering team to develop the skills they may need to manage the project in the future.

I spend my days working as an engineer. My nights are spend mentoring students working on STEM projects, building at my local makers space, or playing rugby to blow off steam. I enjoy engineering, and am passionate about it, I believe that is reflected in my work.

Work Terms

I work a normal 9-5 job, an freelance outside of those hours. The majority of work I perform must be done on nights and weekends. I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to schedule meetings and phone calls at any time to accommodate my clients needs.
