I have worked in telemarketing and customer service most of my adult life. I have 13 year experience in the field and am proud to make my living on the phone and internet.
I started in the business when I was 18 years old, being told by my mother and older sister who also work in the field, that it was "in our blood". After so many years in the business, I have done every aspect of the job. From a simple agent to management duties such as lead generation, customer prospecting, agent training, quality control, I can do it all.

I am here to serve the client, whatever method of communication works best for you is also fine by me. I will tailor my hours to the clients needs, flexibility is the key to success. Payment is also flexible and to be decided on a client by client basis.
