My name is James Linares, I'm a results driven and determined telemarketing professional with 7 years of experience in all aspects of the telemarketing industry. My work has included: working with a highly experienced team of callers in Morristown, New Jersey. There I specified in Email Marketing/B2B and B2C appointment setting/Customer Service/lead generation/Data Entry/Admin. Support/cold calling & Sales.

I was also a Floor Manager in the Convergys Call Center, where I handled the AT&T Wireless account in Bogota, Colombia. There I gained call handling and customer service skills and was Team Leader/Floor manager for 20+ agents.

For the recent part of my career, I established my own Telemarketing Team where I pride myself in demonstrating leadership skills to provide proven results in numerous fields. I work in real time, record all calls and provide complete transparency to guarantee a trust worthy work relationship.

Work Terms
