An MBA in Human Resources who has added certifications in Training, Neuro- Linguistic Programming, Person Centered Approaches, Enneagram, Man Catching, Theme Centered Interactions, Tally and Tax.

Worked with Edu-World Consultancy, Kappan's ACCA and Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, Kerala. During the work so far, closely dealt with International Delegations and numerous sparkling personalities.

Member and consultant in a number of Institutions and Associations viz: Junior Chamber International, Institute for Person Centered Approaches in India, Indian Society for Training and Development, TalentUs HR Solutions, Skillmap Global, MINDS Training Orgranization, ISSTAC Pvt. He also renders his service as a Radio Jockey with Kerala FM93.3.
