I’m a skilled Information Technology and Monitoring & Evaluation professional with over 10 years of experience spanning data and knowledge management, systems development, M&E, and computer programming. My expertise lies at the intersection of digital health, learning systems, and data-driven decision-making to improve health outcomes.
I’ve held key technical roles with organizations such as the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Southern Agricultural Growth Corridor of Tanzania (SAGCOT), Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT), JHPIEGO, and the Tanzania Midwives Association (TAMA).
Throughout my career, I’ve led the design and implementation of digital solutions to optimize program efficiency. Notably, I co-developed Tanzania’s national Early Infant Diagnosis (EID) database, which significantly reduced test result turnaround times from six months to under three weeks—a major milestone in accelerating the pediatric HIV response. My ability to bridge health and technology has made me a valuable contributor to both national and organizational-level health information systems.
I currently serve as an IT Specialist in Texas, USA, where I continue to apply my expertise in systems development and digital health innovation. My background reflects a deep commitment to leveraging technology to strengthen data systems and improve program performance in both global and local health contexts.
