In many of my online jobs,I worked on various types of articles and user manuals for software applications. The articles I wrote were mostly on general topics related to engineering technologies, such as latest developments, tutorials, description of new products, etc. I created several flowcharts, diagrams, charts, etc. for many of these documents to provide a better explanation. Much of my writing has involved organizing a large collection of complex subject matter into a well-detailed summarized document that can be easily understood by non-technical readers.
Since many of my jobs involved writing, I have become very proficient in various documentation tools - mostly Microsoft Word. I also have experience with Confluence, Notion , ReadMe, an others.
Many of my recent contracts involved writing, editing, and updating API documentation. Besides Postman, I am familiar with other API documentation tools, such as readme.com, swagger.io, and stoplight.io.
I would also code some software occasionally to correct a bug in a program or add a new feature to a product. I have experience with C/C++, JavaScript, Visual Basic, and various assembly languages. I am also skilled on both the Linux and UNIX based operating systems. I often discovered bugs or potential problems that needed to be corrected.
With the additional experience I have, my areas of expertise now include customer service, QA testing, product descriptions, and data analysis on Excel charts. I have about 10 years of experience as a customer support agent for a digital product. I also have about 8 years of experience working on various types of Excel/Google spreadsheet projects.
