I am a US developer living in Indonesia. Cheaper living cost mean I charge less than most US developer for the same job and quality. Don't worry, you don't have to follow my hours of operations. I have 28 years of web development under my belt. I work on flat static HTML or PHP websites, CMS websites, and all the popular Shopping Cart platforms. My specialty including but not limited to: HTML, PHP, SQL, JQuery, Filemaker Pro, Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, Virtuemart, Joomshopping, WooCommerce, Zen Cart and many others.
In addition to all of the listed above, I also work on server build and maintenance (Linux and Windows both).

Work Terms
I prefer flat rate over hourly rate for one reason, I'd rather have the client and I enjoy our time in building a solid website rather than worrying about the undetermined final bills. Building a website is much different than baking a cake. We can't just put it in the oven and set the timer on. There are times when we may come up with a new ideas right in the middle of the development. I want us to be able to take our time in making sure that we release a solid product rather than worrying so much about the final cost.
