I have worked as a corporate recruiter for a growing SaaS company. I have also done contract work for various IT and software organizations across the U.S. I have found and screened talent for various roles across different departments like IT (Network Admin, Systems Admin, security), Software (developers, QA, UI/UX, ScrumMasters), Product Development and others. From this experience I know it is a challenge of identifying other businesses and qualified individuals to reach out and to speak with those in similar positions to to open up dialog to share your organization’s story and pique their interest in YOUR challenging opportunity. Recruitment is about telling a story and being relentless in following up with prospective candidates to find the best talent for the new role.
