I have worked as an event planner for over 5 years at several high end, fast paced venues in San Francisco and graduated with a BS in Hospitality & Tourism Management. I am a great communicator, multi-tasker, and self motivator. I manage my time wisely and pay close attention to details. I have a strong sales background and successfully exceeded 3.3 million dollar budget by 11% in 2015. I have experience with all types of events including corporate meetings, gala dinners, and social events. I have managed group travel including corporate conferences, bands, and weddings. My administrative background has made me a fast learner and proficient in excel, data entry, delphi, invoicing, and customer service.
Work Terms
Monday - Friday 8 am - 6pm
Paid hourly, 1/2 payment upfront
Email is preferred method of communication but can Skype, FaceTime, or make phone calls
