I am an English woman who has lived in Italy since 2005.
I have worked for most of my career in the office environment starting as an Admin assistant and progressing to Accounts manager, training manager then HR manager with more than thirty staff.
For the past few years I have worked as an artist and virtual assistant in customer support agent for a busy company. I was promoted to Customer Service Manager after 8 months in the role.
I have also worked as a typist with responsibilities for data entry, database management using software such as Excel and Word as well as in house software.
I have written and maintained websites for many years using HTML, PHP, MySQL as well as CMS including Drupal, WordPress and Joomla. I have also used Dreamweaver. I am confident with graphic manipulation for various media including social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr and have been creating graphics and logos for many years mainly for web use.
My strengths are professionalism, reliability and the determination to produce accurate work quickly. I am keen to learn new skills and implement them in my work. I speak fluent Italian and am able to translate Italian documents into understandable English. I am adaptable and willing to work weekends or flexible hours during the day such as evenings as well as standard office hours.
Work Terms
My rates vary depending on the task but start at $15 per hour.
