Diligence, attention to detail and upfront

Tourism has been my forte for the last 20 years, and I have worn many guises during this time. Guide, camp manager, and driver are but a few, and in the line of my duties, I realized I had a knack for spotting mistakes - especially in the written word.
This was particularly helpful when I proofread many of the itineraries for the international birdwatching company I was working for, in addition to writing a few myself and compiling trip reports for tours I had just finished.
Reading is in my blood. An ideal afternoon, especially on a cold winter's day, would be to lose myself in the pages of a good book - a cup of coffee at hand, of course!

Work Terms

I am available through most of our daylight hours (my timezone is at GMT+2), and my preferred mode of communication would be to chat through Guru.com. Our internet here often drops the signal, so video calling is not a good option. Voice calls might work. We can negotiate payment terms when we connect, although I do have a PayPal account.
