I have several years of customer service experience (including online, over the phone and email) and, for the last 4 years , I have been dealing with calls in a highly professional manner, I always act as the first point of telephone contact for a customer, I handled complaints in a diplomatic way, I respond to customers who have special communication needs such as language difficulties or disabilities, I answered any queries quickly and effectively, I quickly processed information, I address customer service inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion, I give accurate and appropriate information to answer questions, issues and resolved complaints, I achieved customer’s satisfaction rating, exceeding corporate target. I developed effective relationships with all call center departments through clear communication, I have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Terms

I can work 30 hours a weeks with minimum pay of $4-6 per hour. I am more than able to offer concise and polite assistance through please conversation. I am currently looking for an existing opportunity in a customer focused environment, where I will be able to deliver a high quality service and support for my employees vision.
