I have a 4 years of experience at Hitachi a Western Digital company last 2010-2014.I have an experience of documentation like Shipping Management,Inventory control at warehouse,planning staff,Buyer at supply Chain Management (SCM) . The Work flow of shipping Management is to process the documentation of the return items to vendor, like sample if the items delivered at warehouse we need to check it first if good or not good the item or wrong items delivered if not good or wrong items delivered to us need to return it to the vendor and i will process the sipping documents. The workflow of Inventory Control is to control the stock items at warehouse, I always monitor the stock items through SAP Java application, if i saw on the list that already zero stocks the item i need to order it again to the vendor. The workflow of planning staff is to plan the budget allocation of the maintenance like sample if the finance office is giving us a budget of $100 a month we need to fit the $100 in one months for maintenance needs. The workflow of buyer at Supply Chain Management (SCM) is to order the maintenance needs for production operations, like sample if the engineer need the spare parts we need to order the item to the vendor and we will need to negotiate and asking for discount until we agree with the price. i also aware basic formula of excel files,words,SAP Java,.
