My Journey into Virtual Assistance

My professional path began in the hospitality industry, working as a waitress in a prestigious Nigerian hotel. There, I developed customer service expertise, time management skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Over time, I realized my strength in organization and communication, which led me to explore the digital workspace as a virtual assistant.

I later worked with Cozy BeddingNG on Instagram, where I successfully managed social media engagement, content scheduling, and customer interactions. This experience fueled my passion for social media growth and brand positioning, leading me to specialize in content creation, email management, research, and digital strategy. Today, I help business owners save time, boost efficiency, and grow their brands.

I am also passionate about mentorship and personal development, which inspired my plan to host a talk show for young women to help them build confidence, skills, and class. I strongly believe in empowering others to embrace their potential and create successful careers.

Work Terms

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT)
• Saturday: Available for urgent tasks upon request
• Sunday: Unavailable (Personal time)
• Flexible Hours: Can adjust to different time zones with prior notice.

Payment Terms

• Hourly Rate: $15 – $30 per hour
• Fixed Projects: Pricing depends on workload and timeline.
• Retainer Packages: Available for long-term clients at a discounted rate.
• Payment Methods: PayPal, Wise, Bank Transfer (Nigeria), or agreed platforms.
• Payment Schedule:
• Hourly & Weekly Tasks: Payment due at the end of each week.
• Fixed Projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.
• Monthly Retainer: Payment due at the start of each month.
• Late Payments: A 3-day grace period applies. Work pauses until payment is received.

Communication & Reporting

• Preferred Platforms: Any platform suggested by my employer
• Response Time:Immediately
• Messages:Within 12–24 hours on business days.
• Urgent Matters: Immediate response if marked high priority.
• Reports & Updates:
• Weekly progress updates for ongoing tasks.
• Monthly reports for long-term clients.
