Virtual Admin/Program Manager
I am a retired Sergeant First Class from the Army National Guard who was a liaison at the Army Center for Substance Abuse. My military career spans over 27 years. I began working in the substance abuse field in 1997 in New Hampshire as the Substance Abuse Program Manager, which included serving as a pilot state for the Prevention, Treatment and Outreach Program for National Guard members. In 2009, I accepted the Program Manager Position in Counterdrug at the National Guard Bureau to assist all National Guard Soldiers and Airman. In 2010, I was selected as the Program Manager for the Army National Guard Substance Abuse Program for the Soldier Family Support Division. I served on the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Policy Academy for the Military and Veterans’ Families Initiatives as a subject matter expert. After retiring in 2016, I began working as a subject matter expert for Government Guard and Reserve contractor proposals.

Part-time work and prefer to communicate by phone, email and text messaging. Prefer payment on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
