I have been performing various administrative duties, bookkeeping payroll, tax returns, Monthly accounting, assisting on audits, monthly compulations, and writing HR and Personnel books for various companies through contract work and several of the companies on a monthly basis. Prior to branching out on my own, I worked for Bethesda, a non-profit company. Here I over saw all HR aspects for over 300 employees and 12 sites.
