Generally, all of my work experiences are related to customer service. As a front liner, I practiced the ordinary skills that the client is looking for in a virtual assistant. I can do multi-tasking, time management in which I can finish the task on time. I'm a flexible person. I can do documentation while talking over the phone and provide information about their concerns. I also have communication skills which I can communicate effectively. Also, I'm proficient in using Microsoft word with a typing speed of 40 words per minute which I acquired before when I'm still working as an agent in a outsourcing company. And lastly, I work with integrity and discipline.
