I am originally from Pasadena California and now reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. My professional background has always been "event driven". I have been working in the Hospitality industry for the last 10 years as a Event Sales Manager and previously my career was in the entertainment industry as a freelance Stage Manager and Assistant Director on situation comedies. The origins of my career were always "administrative based". I have strong organizational skills and I love to "cross the t's and dot the i's". My work ethic is very strong and I take my level of progessionalism very seriously.
I believe life is a series of events. How we experince them and how we perceive them will determine our attitude and outlook on life. I enjoy working in event planning, entertainment and meeting people. My personality is outgoing and pleasant and adapt to change well.
I believe it's not good enough to look good on paper...paper can be thrown away. You must be authentic in everything you approach ans achieve.
Work Terms
My work hours are flexible for the most part. I am on the west coast, so I am on PST. As far as payment terms, everything is negotiable and is on a per project basis. I evaluate the level of work that is needed and go from there.
I communicate most efficiently through email, although I don't mind by phone. Oftentimes, a conversation is necessary for clarification. And it lends itself to the personal touch.
I work best with structure and set deadlines. The expectations on both sides must be clear in order for the best outcome for the client.
