I've been to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) since 2005 and was able to enhance my skills in communication, administrative tasks (email management, data reporting and analysis) from the positions I've been to (Agent, Quality Analyst and Supervisor). I am currently supervising a group of agents and is responsible in coaching them to reach their full potential as a Customer Service Representative.
Typing speed of 60 words per minute.
Proficient in Web and Internet applications.
Used Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) in generating reports, presentations and projects.
