Professional Administrative Virtual Assistant
I am a Virtual Assistant for 6 years and I am skillful with the following application Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack, Canva, and Microsoft teams. As well as, proficient in Google workspace - Google drive, Google docs, Google spreadsheet, and Google Calendar.
I was a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. As a coordinator, I follow up on leads through emails, compute ARV and MAO for seller leads, prepare and send electronic contracts, manage the spreadsheets/CRM, and skip tracing. Did some research on Zillow and MLS and build lists of distressed houses, foreclosed house, cash buyers and other. I sent text message using Lead Sherpa.
