As a member of Chevron's Internal Audit staff, my role was to provide departmental support, control costs, and participate in Audit's processes.
I provided outstanding service acting as Audit’s Time Administrator for more than ten years. Demonstrated knowledge with all aspects of SAP. Acquired knowledge and demonstrated ability to handle multiple new system processes that assists Audit and added value to me as a team member.
Developed extensive knowledge of Chevron’s retention policy through Information Management training and other record retention policy resources.
Audited and discovered over 200 days travel days erroneously coded in Audit’s data repository that resulted in an improved process to ensure travel days were correctly coded.
Incorporated time management tools by maintaining my Outlook calendar to ensure I met deadlines and created a daily list to prioritize current projects, allowing flexibility for change, to best allocate my time to achieve completion in a timely manner.
Recognition and Awards Administrator for Corp Audit for more than twelve years. Received positive results during a 2011 audit of records maintained for gift cards.
Initiated discussions with my manager to develop a plan to more effectively utilize my skills. Actively participated as part of Audit’s web team to maintain and update the site within the framework allowed. Assumed responsibility of updating Audit’s Spotlight, which embraced Chevron’s philosophy on diversity.
Member of Audit’s IT Support team. Perform processes within the IT Support that benefited all members of the Audit staff. Worked together with the other team members to ensure security was maintained and appropriate access levels were assigned.
Member of a Quality improvement team at CITC. An established process that hindered our success as a team was changed, enabling us to become a true team.

Hours of operation are negotiable, payment for services rendered when project is complete and client is satisfied.
