I am an aspiring Actuary and Consultant who continuously aim to improve my expertise in data analysis, modelling, research and risk management. It is my desire to build my professional and business network by delivering the best service to all my business partners.

I hold a M.Sc. in Actuarial Science with Data Analytics (University of Leicester, United Kingdom) and a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science (University of the West Indies, Jamaica), and at least 4 years of experience analysing huge amounts of data. My expertise includes R Programming and Microsoft Excel, though I have valuable experience with Python, Java and C+. Moreover, I work as a Risk Officer for a financial conglomerate in the Caribbean. This role focuses on the implementation of a comprehensice enterprise risk management framework that includes:

1. The creation of various risk management policies and procedures documents
2. Conducting enterprise risk assessments and other risk assessments for different countries, products (pre and post launch), processes, business units and support units throughout the business.
3. Conducting annual assessments of the companies’ framework for Anti-Money Laundering, Combating the Financing of Terrorism, Combating Proliferation Financing and Anti-Fraud.
4. Conducting self-audits to identify potential areas of risk exposures as well as tracking the implementation of internal audit risk findings.
5. Reporting to the respective Boards of Directors and other committees like Audit, Risk and Compliance Committees.

I am a flexible worker with the ability to create flexible work schedules. Once we have a discussion, we can agree on a work schedule. I can also charge per project or per hour based on the expected volume of work
