Work Terms

OPERATION OF TERMS
Scope of Work: The work to be completed will be clearly define in the project agreement, including the deadline and expectations.
Hours of Operation: The work will be performed 9AM-6PM every day.
Delivery Schedules: All projects will be completed according to the agreed-upon timeline. Delays will be communicated promptly, and new deadlines may be set in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Quality Assurance: All work will be completed to the highest standard, meeting agreed upon specifications. Revisions will be made if necessary to meet the desire quality.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Terms: Payment will made via GCash or Bank Transfer.
Payment Schedule:
50 percent deposit before to start the project
50 percent upon completion of the project
Late Payment: A late payment fee of 2 percent will be charge if payment is not received within 3 days of due date.
Refund and Cancellations: Refunds are available for work not started, or in cases where the project is cancelled by either party before work is initiated. Refunds will not be available once the work is begun.

PREFERRED COMMUNICATION STYLE:
Primary Communication Channels: through email. Will be the primarily means of communication for project-related and other commissions. Immediate queries maybe handled through WhatsApp and messenger.
Response Times: Response to emails and messages will be provided within 24 hours on weekdays.
