After an honorable discharge from the Marines, I gained customer-facing experience as an IT recruiter as well as excellent experience in sales. As a very tech-geared individual, it was a natural progression into solutions based positions like Sales Engineering and eventually Product Management.
Eventually I found my way to the Salesforce ecosystem, and fell in love with everything about it; the development process, clicks vs. code, the culture not just within salesforce itself but among the customers, all of it.
