I'm experienced Drupal developer from Poland. I'm involved in various Drupal realted projects from 2007.

I'm currently self-employed freelancer and I'm member of small freelancers cooperative located in Wroclaw, Poland.

Usually I work for large enterprises (ie. Media companies or global enterprises).

- developing Drupal modules and themes
- optimization of hosting environment for Drupal
- optimization of performance (hunting down bottlenecks)
- scaling (deploying solutions like memcache, master - slave database topology and others)
- auditing and consulting third-party provided solutions.
- training junior programmers
- Deploying and configuring continous integration environment suited for Drupal project needs

Work Terms

I think that communication is most important thing in all projects - I prefer contacts via video conferencing solutions (like skype / Google hangouts). I'm flexible in matter of communications, but my preferences are video for longer, more important communication and emails for generic, low priority communication.

I'm working in timezone GMT+1 (Poland). My bussiness hours are 9 - 17.
