About

Experienced Management Executive that you will never say NO :)

I have more than 15 years of commercial experience with around 8 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary to Managing Director, General Manager and Head of the Company. I have just quit my permanent job on Aug 2017 as I intend to spend more time with my kids and family.

The companies which I have been served ranging from MNCs to NGO corporation. They are Fonterra Limited, DK Leather Seats (largest car upholstery manufacturing in Malaysia), Averis Sdn Bhd, Malaysia Institute of Accountants and Metrojaya.

Being the role in PA, I have been assisting my superiors both personally and operations needs. The tasks are such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, sorting and distribution of communication on behalf, etc.

Apart from the secretarial role, I have been multitask in office management and HR. My role in office management is to ensure the office operate smoothly with both consumable and non-consumables are sufficient, health and safety compliance, continuous improvement on office processes, using SAP system for Procurement & HR purpose.

On my more casual part, I love to travel and outdoor activities. I am also a creative person that my pastimes is to do some art and craft, flower arrangement, etc.
