Hello! I’m a seasoned Intellectual Property (IP) professional, specializing in patents, trademarks, and designs, with over 12 years of experience. I help startups and businesses in protecting their innovations and helping them leverage IP to achieve long-term success, and support senior Patent Attorneys and law firms by managing their overflow workload efficiently.

I hold degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Law, which have provided me with a unique combination of technical knowledge and legal acumen. I am a registered Indian Patent Agent (IN/2859) and Trademark Agent in India, and have worked extensively in diverse fields, including mechanics, software, electronics, medical devices, Electric Vehicles, IoT, AI/ML, and blockchain.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of:
• Drafting 100+ patent applications and prosecuting over 500 applications across India, the US, and Europe.
• Managing IP portfolios for Fortune 500 companies and collaborating with startups to build robust IP strategies.
• Leading a team of 20 professionals during my tenure as a partner at a leading IP firm.
• Conducting workshops and seminars for academic institutions and startups, spreading awareness about IP protection.

• Traveling to explore new cultures and gain fresh perspectives. Riding my motorcycle is my favourite way to do that
• Product designing, where I combine creativity with engineering (and business - I have a few products I designed listed on Amazon!)
• Sketching, a passion I’ve cherished since childhood

Work Terms

Communication:
o Clients are expected to provide detailed information, reference materials, and timely feedback to ensure project success.
o Response time: Typically, within 12 hours on business days.

Timelines:
o Deadlines will be mutually agreed upon before the project begins. I commit to timely delivery, provided all necessary information is shared promptly.

Confidentiality:
o All client information and project details will remain strictly confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.

Revisions:
o I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions per project to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

Payment Terms:
o Payments are to be made through Guru’s SafePay system for mutual security and transparency.
o Full payment must be released upon project completion and client approval.

Availability:
o My working hours are flexible to accommodate different time zones, but I’m primarily available between 9 AM and 6 PM IST.
