Product Management Professional

I am a product management professional with over 13yrs of total work experience. Out of which last 8-9 years I have worked on multiple mobile and social web products, some including mobile apps thave have gathered over 10Mn downloads across 150 countries. I had successfully monetized the apps (via Ads and IAPs) to generate Multi-Million $ revenues.

I am good at looking into user life-cycle with-in products (including Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetization etc). Mining, analysing and visualising data is usually the part of my day-to-day job as a product manager. I am good at creating funnels, cohorts, finding user drop-off points, creating & executing A/B test scenarios and tracking their effectiveness. In my last stint, I can also help in gamification of products to build multiple monetization triggers within products to get impulse purchases to boost revenue.

For the top management, I can set the KPIs for the product that clearly define the success and performance of features for clear decision making.

My core skills are in building and managing digital products. I also work closely with the development teams to plan and prioritize the features and fixes needed to enhance those KPIs. I am well versted with Agile/Scrum methodology for in-developemnt projects and I have used project management tools like Asana, Trello, Basecamp and others. Open to adopt any new tool for betterment and transparency. I can help in ideating and building wireframes and product specifications for any products in development or in ideation stage. For live projects, can work with technical teams to define events and trigger points through which correct meaningful data is captured.

I love creating documentation, user flows, wireframes, PRDs, setting up and following processes and reporting the team/management with actionable insights.
