My education and work background are totally business and service-oriented. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, I devoted my career in hospitality industry.
As experienced food and beverage personnel in a 5-star hotel, my colleagues always expect a DEPENDABLE support on the most demanding tasks whenever our services are needed. As a quality assurance representative, I give PREDICTABLE results in a much more demanding tasks of making sure that deliveries and clients comply with the strictest standards of safety, security and timeliness. Being a restaurant manager, the company saw FAMILIAR yet outstanding performance in me, being able to achieve sales units expected in a fast-paced environment while making sure that the store, products and services are provided with best care and quality day in and day out.
Using all the knowledge that I gained from those experiences, I have become a proud owner of my own merchandising business. For the better part of my career as a businesswoman, my customers saw COMFORTING service towards our tailoring business, being able to assist our customers in a timely fashion as well as a maintain if not exceed a STABLE income while making sure that our products are handled with best quality.
With my free time, I developed skills to improve my brand towards success through industry-standard tools. Going back to my roots in hospitality and service, I hope I could translate my success to yours.
